PARTNERSHIPS & CERTIFICATIONS
The partners behind our platform. The credentials behind our engineers.
Tech CRG partners with best-in-class technology providers and selects the right tool for each client — not the one we're paid to push. Our engineers hold the most advanced certifications in the industry, independently verified and continuously maintained.
STRATEGIC PARTNERS
Cisco, the Cisco logo, and CCIE are trademarks or registered trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. in the United States and certain other countries.
Cisco is our flagship technology partner and the foundation of our network, collaboration, and security practices. As a Cisco Preferred Partner across four theaters — USA, Mexico, CANSAC, and MCO — we are independently validated by Cisco in each region to design, deploy, and support Cisco solutions at enterprise scale.
What we deliver
- Enterprise networking (Catalyst, Meraki, SD-WAN)
- Unified Communications (Webex Suite)
- Contact Center (Webex Contact Center, AI agents)
- Cybersecurity (Cisco security portfolio)
- Data Center (ACI, Nexus)
- Wireless (Wi-Fi 6/6E, Catalyst Wireless)
Red Access and the Red Access logo are trademarks of Red Access Ltd.
Red Access is our secure workspace platform — the core of our cybersecurity practice. Their technology powers the secure web browsing, GenAI data loss prevention, browser-extension protection, and BYOD security capabilities that anchor our CORE, PLUS, and TOTAL cybersecurity tiers.
What we deliver
- Secure web browsing and workspace protection
- GenAI-powered DLP
- Browser-extension threat prevention
- URL filtering
- BYOD security
Kaseya and the Kaseya logo are trademarks of Kaseya Limited.
Kaseya powers our security operations and managed services infrastructure. Their platform provides the SIEM, email security, inbox and SharePoint backup, dark web monitoring, and endpoint management capabilities that complement our security stack and enable our 24/7 operations.
What we deliver
- SIEM (Security Information & Event Management)
- Email security (anti-phishing, anti-spam, threat protection)
- Inbox and SharePoint backup
- Dark web monitoring
- Endpoint management and monitoring
Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. HPE and Aruba are trademarks of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP.
Aruba extends our network infrastructure capabilities beyond the Cisco ecosystem. For clients whose environments include Aruba infrastructure — or where Aruba is the best fit — we design, deploy, and manage Aruba networks with the same rigor we apply to every platform.
What we deliver
- Enterprise wireless (Aruba APs, controllers)
- Network switching and infrastructure
- Network management and monitoring
Ekahau is a trademark of Ekahau, a Siemens company.
Ekahau is the industry-standard platform for professional wireless design and spectrum analysis — and the tool at the center of our WiFi optimization practice. Every wireless optimization we deliver uses Ekahau for site survey, spectrum analysis, and validation. It's how we turn "the WiFi is slow" into a measured, solved, and documented problem.
What we deliver
- Professional wireless site survey
- Spectrum analysis and RF environment mapping
- WiFi optimization validation and documentation
- Predictive wireless network design
ENGINEERING CERTIFICATIONS
The credentials that back every engagement.
Partnerships give us access to technology. Certifications prove we know how to use it. Tech CRG's engineering team holds the most advanced industry certifications — independently examined, continuously maintained, and deployed on real client engagements every day.
CISCO CERTIFICATIONS
Four CCIE tracks. The deepest Cisco expertise in our markets.
CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) is Cisco's highest technical certification — the most difficult networking credential in the industry. Most companies in Latin America have zero CCIEs. Tech CRG has certified engineers across four independent CCIE tracks, covering virtually every Cisco technology domain.
Enterprise Networks
The highest credential for enterprise network design, deployment, and operations — LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, wireless, and network automation.
Collaboration
Expert-level certification in unified communications, video, and collaboration — the credential behind our UC and Contact Center deployments.
Security
The most advanced security certification Cisco offers — network security, cloud security, identity, access control, and threat defense.
Data Center
Expert-level certification in data center infrastructure — ACI fabric, Nexus switching, compute, storage networking, and automation.
→ Four CCIE tracks is exceptionally rare — most Cisco partners in Latin America hold one or two at most. Having all four means our engineering team can execute across the full Cisco portfolio without relying on external resources.
INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS
Certified Wireless Network Expert — one of the rarest wireless credentials in the world. Fewer than 500 holders globally. CWNE requires CCIE-level wireless expertise plus peer-reviewed contributions to the engineering community. The credential behind our WiFi optimization practice.
Information Security Management — six consecutive years. Two independently certified sites: San José, Costa Rica and Barranquilla, Colombia. Annually audited by an accredited certification body.
IT Service Management — our managed services practice is fully aligned to ITIL. Every process, from incident management to change control to release management, follows defined ITIL disciplines.
OUR APPROACH TO PARTNERSHIPS
We recommend what's right for you. Not what's convenient for us.
Having partnerships with multiple technology providers means we're never locked into one answer. If Cisco is the right platform for your environment, we deploy Cisco. If Aruba is a better fit, we deploy Aruba. If your cybersecurity needs are best served by a different combination of tools next year, we adapt — without rewriting our website or our pitch.
That's the difference between a partner and a reseller. A reseller pushes what they're paid to push. A partner recommends what works. Our certifications and partnership levels exist to prove we can execute on any recommendation we make — not to constrain which recommendations we make.
Want to know which platform fits your environment?
We'll assess your infrastructure, your requirements, and your budget — and recommend the right technology stack, not the one with the biggest partner incentive. That's what independence means.
